The story of Sayura House begins with an old, derelict family house and a creative son. Our Sri Lankan-Japanese director has always been passionate about design and architecture. With a bit of thought and his childhood dreams in his head, he turned his childhood home into Sayura House, a boutique hotel that reflects his Japanese and Sri Lankan heritage.
With the design skills he inherited from his mother, he transformed Sayura House into stylish and comfortable place. He built the hotel around the existing trees and plants, and planted new ones to create the lush garden it is today. Tastefully decorated with paintings by his mother and sister, Sayura House is an oasis in Colombo, a truly peaceful haven.
At Sayura House, we want you to have an exceptional stay. To achieve this, we offer comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Sayura House offers 12 rooms on 3 floors. They are all equipped with air conditioning, wifi, a fan, and an indoor bathroom.
Our boutique hotel is also a place where it is pleasant to spend time.
Thanks to our green interior garden, you will find a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Colombo.
You can also relax on our roof terrace. Enjoy a light breeze while reading a good book or listening to music, while tasting one of our specialties from Poke65.

Meet Premila, our Hotel Manager. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Premila brings a passion for hospitality and a dedication to memorable guest experiences. With a strong attention to detail, she will ensure your entire stay goes smoothly.

Our kitchen team spans across our 2 restaurants, Poké 65 and La Trattoria 65. A passionate team bringing together the vibrant freshness of poké bowls and the timeless elegance of Franco-Italian cuisine.
