ROOM RATES CONDITIONS

• Prices are quoted in USD excluding breakfast unless otherwise stated.
• Prices have been constructed in accordance with the law and follow the current legislative changes.
• USD prices are converted into LKR by the daily Central Bank exchange rate. (Changes daily)
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

ARRIVAL

• Check-in is after 14:00
• Early arrival only on request, upon availability

DEPARTURE

• Check-out by 11:00
• If late check-out is required USD20 per room surcharge will be applied until 6pm, after 6pm full negotiated room rate will be charged

PARKING

• No parking available on hotel property. Public street parking available at your own risk.

PETS

Pets are not allowed at our property.

RESERVATION

• Credit card guarantee is required for every booking.
• Written confirmation with a confirmation number is required for every guest making a booking.
• At the time of check-in, guest is required to show the credit card and passport ID.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Once our staff will approve your reservation, we will notify you by email and you will receive a payment link within the next 24-48 hours in order to confirm your booking. Please note the payment has to be done 1 week prior to arrival.

Room rate which is expressed in USD is calculated in LKR on payment date using current exchange rate. So, payment is done at the time of booking, in LKR and the credit card will be charged the total amount of the booking according to the policy of transactions charged abroad.

The hotel absolutely and unconditionally respects privacy and personal data will remain private. Personal data submitted during the process of registration / reservation shall not be given to a third party. i.e. it shall not be ceded, sold or leased in any way. The online payment information operates under the international credit card security rules and the payment is made directly to the bank. Credit card, account details, number and expiration date do not gain any form of possession or access.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival – No cancellation fee
• Cancellation within 6 to 3 days prior to arrival – 50% will be charged on basis booked
• Cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival – Full amount will be charged on basis booked
• Special rates are non-refundable

CHILD POLICY

• Full fee-paying parents staying in one room, sharing double beds with their children under 6 years are free of charge.
• Due to the specific design of our rooms, we are unable to accommodate an extra bed. We can provide a baby cot, depending on availability.
