What is check in/check out time?
Hotel rooms are available from 2pm. Check-out is generally at 11am. Afterwards the rooms have to get cleaned for the upcoming arrivals.
Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?
Absolutely, Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the rooms and in common areas. You can find all the information about our facilities on the rooms page.
Can I book breakfast online? What does it cost?
Yes, you are able to book your breakfast online. You can choose breakfast after selecting the hotel room as an option. The cost for breakfast is $ 8.00 per person.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, we offer parking lots free of charge. Prior reservation is required.
Are the rates per person or per room?
All prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room basis. You can find our price range on the rates page.
Why do the costs vary from day to day?
The prices fluctuate according to demand and season.
Can I book two rooms of different categories?
Yes, this is possible. Just select the rooms you would like to book, fill in your information and confirm the booking. You will receive an answer from us.
Do you offer hotel shuttles, for example to the next airport or train station?
Yes, we offer shuttle service at a reasonable price depending on availability. Feel free to contact us for any advice.
Why did I not receive a booking confirmation?
In very rare cases, it may happen that you do not receive a booking confirmation due to technical issues, although you preceded the booking until the end. In this case, please contact our service center or the hotel, which can re-send your confirmation.
Do you have a conference hall for hosting business meetings?
Yes, we can provide a conference hall for up to 10 people. Prior reservations are required. Please contact us prior to your arrival.
Do you offer concierge services?
Yes, we offer a concierge service and travel advice. We can also provide a full customized tour package.
Can I bring my pet into the hotel?
No, unfortunately it’s not possible to bring your pet to our hotel in consideration for our other guests.
Do you offer handicapped rooms?
Yes, we do have a handicapped capable room. Just ask for the availability before you do the booking. Please contact us prior to your arrival.
What are the reception opening hours?
Our reception is open 24/7. Our staff will be always there to provide you with the service you may need.
Is half or full board available?
Yes, we do provide breakfast, lunch or dinner with prior advance reservations.
Can I have breakfast/dinner even if I am not staying at your hotel?
No, unfortunately this is not possible, because our property is very small and breakfast/ dinner are only catered to our registered guests.
